The GBP OTR Kit for S197 comes in 2 versions, one being setup for a Boss and one for the Cobra Jet/Holley (Please specify manifold in drop-down menu 4" round throttle, 5" for twin/CJ). It retains the hood latch and cleans up well under the hood. With ambient IAT’s and the velocity stack attachment we have seen gains as far as dropping 3 tenths in the 1/4 mile. This kit requires no cutting however some massaging of the core support can help with preventing false knock. The GBP OTR Kit for S550 will only come setup for the Cobra Jet/Holley (Please specify manifold in the drop-down menu). This kit DOES require some cutting for users with the factory k-member, however it still retains hood latch but will need some material removal just behind the latch along the support to prevent false knock. The intake is built to be front and center in the upper grille for the most direct airflow possible. This kit paired with cams and some mild weight reduction has been 6.xx 60-130. **Please specify whether you have a GT, GT350, or a MACH 1** Given the nature of this aggressive intake it is not recommended to commute with the velocity stack attached, it is primarily for track use and nights in Mexico. For daily activities it is best to use the provided air filter for the least amount of issues.
