The NEW UPR Plug N Play ™ Dual Valve Catch Can system is the perfect fit for your new Ranger Raptor 3.0! By adding a second vacuum source and a Clean Side Separator the UPR Dual Valve Catch Can system enhances the performance of the PCV system throughout the RPM range.

The Dual Valve catch can will not only separate oil mist and combustion byproducts during low speed driving and idle (when there is manifold vacuum present) it will also allow circulation and crankcase evacuation when under BOOST. The UPR Clean Side Separator goes a step further by reducing oil intrusion into the intercooler and air box.

Easy to service with UPR's Billet bracket technology and Plug N Play ™ quick release factory style fittings. Just push the grey buttons on the fittings to release them, and unscrew the quick release catch can mount knob to remove the can. The base cup unscrews from the catch can for easy draining and inspection.

The UPR catch can kit is ready to install as-is. We offer upgrades that you can select to tailor the kit to your needs.

Upgrades available:

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves are larger, higher flowing check valves than the standard check valves that are included in the base kit. Higher flow will increase vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. A Dual Valve catch can kit will require 2 check valves.

The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the standard drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it.

The UPR drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area.

Choose either the stainless steel magnetic drain plug or the UPR drain line kit, you would not need both.
